White Chocolate Cheesecake

  1. Prepare crust: Combine flour and sugar; cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well.
  3. Press onto bottom and up sides of 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Chill.
  5. Prepare filling: Combine chocolate and cream in a double boiler; cook, stirring constantly, over simmering water until chocolate is melted.
  6. Stir in vanilla; keep warm.
  7. Combine cream cheese and milk, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
  8. Add eggs, one a time, mixing well after each addition.
  9. Stir in chocolate mixture; mix well.
  10. Pour over crust.
  11. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
  12. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.
  13. Chill.
  14. Garnish as desired.
