Easy Crusted Salmon
- 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
- 8 RITZ Crackers, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 2 salmon fillets (1/2 lb.)
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix mustard, cracker crumbs and thyme.
- Place fish, skin-sides down, on foil-covered baking sheet; spread with mustard mixture.
- Bake 10 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
