Gourmet Green Chile Burgers

  1. Cook the burger your favorite way - on the grill, stove-top, or oven.
  2. Season as desired, but do not use anything with a very strong flavor.
  3. Toast the bun.
  4. Smother your burger with a lot of green chile* and then the cheese.
  5. These are meant to be eaten with knife and fork.
  6. *Use leftovers of your favorite green chile - there are a million recipes on here for it and everyone likes theirs a little different, so that part is up to you.
