Fish Stew

  1. Heat oil, add and cook Flour until a rich golden brown.
  2. Course chop the bell pepper, onion, green onion, celery and garlic, add to roux along with spices, cook for aprox.
  3. 10 minutes.
  4. Add tomato, and lemon,.
  5. Slowly (very slowly to thicken)Add 1-2 can beef broth.
  6. Cook covered for 30 minutes.
  7. Cut fish into chunks, add and cook for 10-12 minutes
  8. serve over rice.
