Mediterranean Balsamic-Infused Nuts

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Bring water and vinegar to boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat.
  3. Add nuts; cook 3 min.
  4. Drain nuts; discard liquid.
  5. Place nuts in medium bowl.
  6. Add sugar; toss to coat.
  7. Spread onto bottom of parchment-lined 15x10x1-inch pan.
  8. Bake 18 min.
  9. or until glaze is firm.
  10. (Do not stir.)
  11. Remove from oven.
  12. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
  13. Cool completely.
