Garlic Mushrooms - Perfect for Steak and for Toast

  1. Heat butter and oil in a large non-stick frying pan over high heat until sizzling.
  2. Add mushrooms.
  3. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until tender.
  4. Add garlic.
  5. Cook for 1 minute or until aromatic.
  6. Add sour cream and water.
  7. Stir until heated through.
  8. Sprinkle with chives.
  9. Serve on or as a side to steak or on some buttered toast.
