Smoked Brisket

  1. Preheat oven to 250F
  2. Line large baking pan with foil.
  3. Mix ingredients.
  4. Lay meat on foil and pour on sauce.
  5. Cover with foil and seal edges.
  6. Cook 1 hour per pound.
