Onion and Olive Tart
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 brown onions, finely sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- black pepper
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Add onion and cook covered over a low heat for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir through thyme and pepper.
- Place pastry sheet onto a pre-heated oven tray.
- Spread with Philly* leaving a 2cm border.
- Top with onion mixture and olives.
- Bake at 180C fan-forced for 12-15 minutes, until pastry is golden.
- Serve warm or cold with a crisp green salad.
