Onion and Olive Tart

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  2. Add onion and cook covered over a low heat for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir through thyme and pepper.
  4. Place pastry sheet onto a pre-heated oven tray.
  5. Spread with Philly* leaving a 2cm border.
  6. Top with onion mixture and olives.
  7. Bake at 180C fan-forced for 12-15 minutes, until pastry is golden.
  8. Serve warm or cold with a crisp green salad.
