chicken spaghetti
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 can of rotel tomatoes
- 8 pcs of chicken
- 1 16 oz pk of thin spaghetti
- 1 block of Velveeta cheese
- 2 packages of shredded cheese of any kind
- 1 salt pepper to taste
- preheat oven on 350F.
- boil chicken for 30-45 mins
- boil spaghetti as directed
- chop onions & bell pepper in small size
- after the chicken is done take all the meat of the bone.save bout a cup of juice the chicken boil in
- mix all the ingredients in a large pan.cut the Velveeta into 1\ in block add to the mix then add the cup of broth from the chicken.mix all the ingredients very well
- place in oven covered for bout 30 mins
- take out stir then add shredded cheese on top bake on boil for bout 5 mins or brown on top.
- take out & enjoy
