Creamy Chipotle-Avocado Dip

  1. Cut avocados in half; remove and discard pits.
  2. Scoop out flesh into small bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment.
  3. Add dressing; beat until well blended.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  7. Serve with assorted crackers, tortilla chips and/or vegetable dippers.
