Creamy Chipotle-Avocado Dip
- 14 each ripe avocados
- 1 qt. KRAFT Light Ranch Dressing
- 3-1/2 cups tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1-3/4 cups onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, pureed
- 1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
- Cut avocados in half; remove and discard pits.
- Scoop out flesh into small bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment.
- Add dressing; beat until well blended.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
- Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve with assorted crackers, tortilla chips and/or vegetable dippers.
