The Market Crash

• 2 ounces dry, filtered sake
• 1 ounce pomegranate juice
• 1/2 ounce orange liqueur
• 1/2 ounce vermouth bianco (or substitute sweet vermouth)
• 4 pomegranate seeds
• 1 mint leaf

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add all ingredients except pomegranate seeds and mint leaf.
3. Stir rapidly until outside of shaker is frosted.
4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
5. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and mint.
