Vegetable Pulao Recipe

  1. Heat 2 Tbsp.
  2. of oil, brown the onions, cashews and set aside for garnishing.
  3. Heat 3 Tbsp.
  4. of oil in a pan, put the vegetables in and stir for 10 min and set aside.
  5. Stir allspice, bay leaf, and pepper in remaining 3 Tbsp.
  6. of oil for about 1 minute.
