Bill's Pasta Sauce With Meat
- 1 lb beef ground sirloin or 1 lb ground round
- 1 lb ground pork or 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 7 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 tablespoon basil or 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 12 tablespoon oregano
- 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons thyme
- 4 (14 1/2 ounce) cansdiced tomatoes with basil, ect
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) canspeeled tomatoes
- 1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 cup red wine
- Put Chopped Onion, Green Pepper and Garlic in fairly large pot.Add Olive oil and cook till Tender.
- Add spices and cook for around 2 minute Stir every so often to mix.add everything that is in a can plus the wine .
- Stir and bring to a slight boil.
- Cut back to simmer cover and cook for 2-3 Hours.
- Add the Tomato Paste cover and simmer for another.
- Salt and pepper to taste and enjoy.
