Thai Peanut Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 420 degrees F.
  2. Roll out pizza dough onto a greased baking sheet and top with sauce, bell pepper, red onion and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Remove it from the oven and top with cilantro, green onions and peanuts.
  5. Return back to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven, slice it up and enjoy!
