Thai Peanut Pizza
- 1 pound Pizza Dough
- 2 Tablespoons Peanut Sauce
- 1/2 whole Red Bell Pepper, Seeded And Sliced
- 1/2 whole Red Onion, Sliced
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Cilantro
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Green Onions
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Peanuts
- Preheat oven to 420 degrees F.
- Roll out pizza dough onto a greased baking sheet and top with sauce, bell pepper, red onion and mozzarella cheese.
- Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove it from the oven and top with cilantro, green onions and peanuts.
- Return back to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, slice it up and enjoy!
