Rice & Pea Salad With Soy & Cilantro

  1. Boil the rice.
  2. Drain & rinse.
  3. Lightly boil the peas so they don't taste raw.
  4. Drain & rinse.
  5. Combine with other ingredients.
  6. Taste and adjust seasonings.
  7. Serve cold or at room temperature.
  8. Can be totally animal free if you don't use fish sauce or an animal based oil.
  9. Easily adjusted for larger or smaller amounts with identical results.
