Sensational and Simple Potato Fritters (Pakoras) #SP5

  1. Whisk water and chickpea flour together until all lumps are out.
  2. Add the Simply Potatoes Southwest Style Hashbrowns to the mixture coating all the potatoes completely.
  3. Heat oil on a medium heat.
  4. Use your dinnerware tablespoon to spoon mixture in hot oil.
  5. Cook until browned.
  6. Serve with sweet and sour sauce for dipping and watch everyone's face light up when they taste these!
