Quick and Easy Spaghetti with Mushrooms
- 220 g spaghetti, uncooked
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 onion, sliced Safeway 1 lb For $1.49 thru 02/09
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 lb. (115 g) cremini mushrooms, quartered
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shredded Cheese
- Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt.
- Reserve 1/4 cup cooking water.
- Meanwhile heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add onions, garlic and mushrooms; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until onions are soft and mushrooms are tender.
- Drain pasta; add pasta cooking water to mushroom mixture.
- Top pasta with mushroom mixture and cheese.
