Curried Meatballs Recipe

• 1 pound grnd beef
• 2 teaspoon curry pwdr
• 1/2 c. butter
• Freshly grnd black pepper
• 1 c. stuffing mix
• Salt to season to taste

1. Mix beef, curry pwdr, stuffing mix, salt and pepper together.
2. Shape into 32 small balls and saute/fry in butter over high heat for 5 min till brown.
3. Drain.
