  1. Lb.
  2. veal slices with meat cleaver.
  3. Season with salt and white pepper.
  4. Place 2 sage leaves and slice of prosciutto on the veal.
  5. Fold the slices in half - secure with toothpicks and dust with flour.
  6. Heat butter in frying pan.
  7. Add in veal.
  8. Brown quickly, about 3 min.
  9. Reduce heat.
  10. Cook for 5 min.
  11. Transfer the veal to serving platter.
  12. Remove toothpicks.
  13. Deglaze the pan with wine.
  14. Reduce to 1/4 and pour over veal.
