Honey-Apple Cake

  1. Beat together eggs, sugar, oil and 1/4 cup honey. Combine dry ingredients and add to honey mixture.
  2. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Add vanilla, nuts and apples.
  4. Mix gently and pour into a lightly greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
  5. Bake 45 minutes at 350u0b0.
  6. Combine margarine, brown sugar, milk and remaining honey in saucepan.
  7. Boil and cook over medium heat 2 1/2 minutes.
  8. Pour over cake while hot.
