Everything Bagel Potato Chips
- 1 whole Large Baking Potato
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Or Canola Oil
- 1/4 teaspoons Poppy Seeds
- 1/4 teaspoons Sesame Seeds
- 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Granulated Garlic
- 1/4 teaspoons Dried Onion Flakes
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Slice potato thinly on a mandoline.
- Coat potato slices with oil and place on a baking sheet in an even layer.
- Combine all seasonings in a small bowl and sprinkle on potato slices.
- Bake for 2030 minutes or until chips are a light golden brown.
