Ham Sauce For Baking 1/2 Ham Recipe

• 2 c. apple juice
• 1 teaspoon whole allspice
• 1 1/2 teaspoon whole cloves
• 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
• 3 cinnamon sticks
• 1 c. honey

1. Combine all but honey.
2. Bring to boil 10 min.
3. Heat ham 1 hour.
4. Baste with sauce 20 min and then drizzle honey over and bake about 10 min.
5. You can double it for whole ham.
