Classic Chili Made with BOCA
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2-3/4 qt. red peppers, chopped
- 1-3/4 qt. onions, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. garlic cloves, minced
- 2 bags Frozen BOCA Ground Burgers, separated
- 3/4 cup canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1-1/4 gal. canned diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2-1/2 qt. canned black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1-1/4 qt. canned chili beans, undrained
- 1-1/4 qt. canned tomato sauce
- Heat oil in large stockpot on medium-high heat.
- Add peppers, onion and garlic; saute 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add crumbles, chipotle peppers and seasonings; mix well.
- Cook 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
