Golden Smores Recipe
- 3/4 c. light corn syrup
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 pkg. lowfat milk chocolate morsels
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pkg. (12 ounce.) Golden brown Grahams cereal
- 3 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1.
- Grease rectangular pan, 13x9x2.
- 2.
- Heat syrup, butter and morsels to boiling stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
- 3.
- Pour over cereal in bowl; toss till coated.
- Mix in marshmallows, 1 c. at a time.
- Press in pan with buttered back of spoon.
- Let stand 1 hour.
- 4.
- Cut into 2 inch squares.
- Store loosely covered at room temperature up to 2 days.
- Makes 24 squares.
