Easy 15 min Maple cake

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a big bowl.
  2. Add the wet ingredients to the mixture.
  3. Mix everything with a mixer for a few minutes until the mixture contains a lot of air bubbles.
  4. Smear butter on a pan (one big pan or two English cake thin pans).
  5. And pour the mixture inside.
  6. Preheat an oven to 180c (356f).
  7. Bake for 45 minutes.
  8. When prepared, take the cake out of the oven and immediately pour maple until it covers all of the cake including the sides.
  9. Wait until cooled.
  10. During that time the maple will soak in the cake and make it soft and sweet.
  11. Enjoy the delicious cake!
