Easy Chinese Stir-Fry with Green Beans, Tomatoes, and Eggs
- 10 Green beans
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Eggs
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Cooking sake
- 1 tsp Chinese soup stock
- 1 Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Cut the green beans into 2 cm pieces.
- Cut the tomatoes into bite size pieces.
- Beat the eggs.
- Heat a good amount of oil in a pan over high heat and when hot, add the eggs.
- When the eggs are cooked half way through, transfer to a plate and set aside.
- Add a little oil in a pan and add the minced garlic.
- Add the green beans and tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.
- Then add the cooking sake and cook for another a few minutes.
- When the green beans are soft, add the eggs and the seasonings marked and you're done
