Healthy Chicken Stir-Fry

  1. Coat a hot skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into 1 inches pieces and add to the pan.
  3. Cook until chicken pieces turn white.
  4. Add all the vegetables and stir continually until cooked through.
  5. Add schzewan sauce and stir to coat chicken and vegetables.
  6. Serve over brown rice.
