Decked-out Swiss Roll
- 1 Swiss roll
- 1 pack Sweetened plain yogurt
- 1 Fruit
- Place the yogurt in a fine-mesh sieve to strain for half a day.
- Carefully remove any cellophane wrapping and unroll the Swiss roll.
- If the yogurt sweetener is packaged separately from the yogurt, add to the yogurt and mix well.
- Spread the yogurt on the unrolled sponge cake, and arrange your choice of fruit on top.
- Re-roll the cake, using the cellophane that came with it to keep it neat.
- Chill for an hour in the fridge, and it's done!
