Thai Grilled Pork Tenderloin

  1. Wash and pat dry pork, lightly salt.
  2. Tear basil leaves into big pieces.
  3. Marinate pork in a 1 quart bag with lime juice, peanut sauce and basil for 1-8 hours, longer is good, but an hour will do.
  4. Get the grill going to up to (600) degrees.
  5. Sear the tenderloin 1-2 min per side, turn once.
  6. Turn down the grill (350) degrees
  7. Cook pork til cooked through (will vary due to size and grill temp careful, tenderloins dry out fast).
  8. Halfway through, pour on remaining marinade.
  9. Let rest 5 min.
  10. Slice the pork into medallions, garnish with extra sauce, if desired.
