Pork Normandy
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 14 cup apple juice
- 12 cup apple, chopped
- 12 cup celery, sliced
- 14 teaspoon thyme
- hot cooked noodles
- In hot oil, brown pork chops and onion for about 10 minutes.
- Spoon off fat.
- Stir in soup, apple juice, apple, celery and thyme.
- Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over noodles.
