Almond Bacon Cheese Spread

• 14 cup roasted unsalted almonds
• 2 slices bacon, crisply cooked
• 1 cup grated American cheese
• 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
• 12 cup mayonnaise
• 14 teaspoon salt

1. Chop almonds until fine.
2. Crumble bacon.
3. Combine all ingredients.
4. Mix lightly.
