Caprese Salad w Sicilian Olives & Prosciutto
- 4 Fresh Roma Tomatoes (washed)
- 4 oz Fresh Sliced Buffalo Mozzarella
- 8 Big Fresh Basil Leaves (washed)
- 6 Sicilian Green Olives
- 4 slice Prosciutto
- 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Cracked Black Pepper
- 2 1/2 lbs salt
- Slice tomatoes and mozzarella
- Add basil to top of tomatoes and mozzarella
- Place olives and prosciutto next to other ingredients on a plate
- Drizzle EVOO over tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil
- Crack fresh black pepper over olive oil
- Serve cold & enjoy!
