Chicken Alfredo Recipe

  1. Coat chicken with flour; set aside.
  2. Mix flour, 3 Tbsp.
  3. of water and Large eggs.
  4. Dip chicken in mix, roll in crumbs.
  5. Saute/fry chicken in butter and oil.
  6. Fry till golden (4 min per side).
  7. Put in buttered 2 qt dish.
  8. Heat whip cream, 1/4 c. water, 4 Tbsp.
  9. butter, 1/2 c. Romano cheese and parsley.
  10. Top chicken with slice of Mozzarella cheese.
  11. Pour sauce over top.
  12. Bake at 425 degrees, uncovered, for 15-20 min.
  13. Serve with fettucini noodles.
