Chicken Broth
- 1 leftover chicken meat/including carcass
- 1 leftover gravy
- 1 broccoli stork
- 800 ml water
- 3/4 tsp salt
- In a medium pan add all the ingredients together.
- Over a medium to high heat bring to the boil.
- Boil for 30-40 minutes uncovered.
- Occasionally stir.
- When its simmered down enough, turn heat off and let it cool.
- Use a sieve to strain and store in fridge until needed for use.
