Chicken Broth

  1. In a medium pan add all the ingredients together.
  2. Over a medium to high heat bring to the boil.
  3. Boil for 30-40 minutes uncovered.
  4. Occasionally stir.
  5. When its simmered down enough, turn heat off and let it cool.
  6. Use a sieve to strain and store in fridge until needed for use.
