Sriracha Beef Skewers

  1. Combine Sriracha, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, ginger, garlic powder and sesame oil together in a resealable plastic bag or bowl.
  2. Add the cut top sirloin.
  3. Seal the bag and shake or toss to coat.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. When ready to grill, grease your grill grates then preheat your grill to medium high heat.
  6. Remove beef from the marinade and skewer 3-4 pieces of beef on each skewer, placing a piece of green onion between each cut of beef.
  7. Grill over medium high heat for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
