Sriracha Beef Skewers
- 2 Tablespoons Sriracha
- 2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 pound Top Sirloin, Cut Into 1 Inch Pieces
- 4 whole Green Onions, Cut Into 1 Inch Pieces
- Olive Oil
- Sesame Seeds
- Combine Sriracha, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, ginger, garlic powder and sesame oil together in a resealable plastic bag or bowl.
- Add the cut top sirloin.
- Seal the bag and shake or toss to coat.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- When ready to grill, grease your grill grates then preheat your grill to medium high heat.
- Remove beef from the marinade and skewer 3-4 pieces of beef on each skewer, placing a piece of green onion between each cut of beef.
- Grill over medium high heat for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
