Radish and Cheese Salad

  1. Trim radishes and slice.
  2. Slice green onion thin.
  3. Grate cheese.
  4. Beat oil with vinegar and mustard and mix with radishes and onions.
  5. Season.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top.
