High-Fiber Carrot Bran Bread(Bread Machine)
- 34 cup water
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 14 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 34 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 12 cups bread flour
- 12 cup high-fiber all-bran cereal
- 13 cup dry buttermilk
- 12 cup pitted dates
- 1 14 teaspoons bread machine yeast or 1 14 teaspoons instant yeast
- Measure ingredients into baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
- Insert pan into the oven chamber.
- Select Whole Wheat Cycle.
- When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack.
- Let cool to room temperature before slicing.
