Dry Vermouth Cobbler

• Crushed ice
• 3 ounces dry vermouth
• 3 ounces club soda
• Twist lemon peel

1. Fill a goblet or highball glass three-quarters full with crushed ice; pour on the vermouth and club soda.
2. Garnish with lemon peel.
