Chinese Stirfry Mother Sauce
- 5 clove garlic, smashed
- 1 piece of ginger, large chop
- 3 oz Chinese rice wine
- 3 Szechuan peppercorns
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tsp white ground pepper
- Add all the ingredient in a mason jar and let sit for a couple of days in the fridge.
- The longer, the better.
- Strain before use.
- Enjoy!
