Chocolate chip caramel cookies
- 2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 sticks of butter room temp
- 1/2 packages semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 packages milk chocolate chips
- 1 packages caramel filled chocolate chips toll house
- Preheat oven to 350
- Cream your butter and sugars together in one bowl, til creamy and combined.
- Add your eggs, vanilla, to the sugar mixture and combine.
- Add all your dry in a separate bowl except the chocolate chips and mix.
- While still beating add the dry a little at a time.
- Once all combined add your chocolate chips and fold in.
- Use two spoons or a cookie scoop and scoop the cookie dough on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Bake 9-12 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes and once cooled transfer to a cooling rack.
- This one batch of cookies.
- It's makes 4 doz cookies.
