No-Bake Chocolate, Almond & Cherry Cheesecake
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted, divided
- 1 ready-to-use vanilla wafer crumb crust (6 oz.)
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S GERMAN'S Sweet Chocolate, melted
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
- 1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
- Reserve 1 Tbsp.
- nuts; sprinkle remaining onto bottom of crust.
- Mix next 4 ingredients in medium bowl until blended.
- Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
- Spoon into crust.
- Refrigerate 3 hours.
- Serve topped with pie filling and reserved nuts.
