Cheesy Toast Bacon & Egg Bake
- 6 slices white bread (1 inch thick)
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 6 oz. VELVEETA, cut into 6 slices
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, partially cooked
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh chives
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place bread in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Press in center of each to make indentation about the size of a fist; brush with butter.
- Fill centers with VELVEETA, spinach and bacon; press lightly into bread.
- Crack egg into each indentation.
- Bake 28 to 30 min.
- or until egg whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken but do not become firm.
- Top with pepper and chives.
