Cheesy Toast Bacon & Egg Bake

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place bread in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Press in center of each to make indentation about the size of a fist; brush with butter.
  4. Fill centers with VELVEETA, spinach and bacon; press lightly into bread.
  5. Crack egg into each indentation.
  6. Bake 28 to 30 min.
  7. or until egg whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken but do not become firm.
  8. Top with pepper and chives.
