Quick Wasabi Cream
- 1 12 ounces wasabi powder
- 12 cup heavy cream
- 1 14 ounces sour cream
- 14 cup rice vinegar
- 14 cup water (to thin if necessary)
- I like to mix the creams and vinegar together first then whisk in the wasabi powder a little at a time to eliminate clumps.
- thin with water if needed.
- store in glass jar sealed in refridgerator until ready to use.
