Creamy, dreamy gnoochi soup with chicken

  1. In large saute pan,heat up oil and butter over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, celery, carrots and saute until onion is translucent.
  3. Add in all the spices and cook an additional minute.
  4. Stir in flour and cook three minutes to take out that raw flour taste.
  5. Whisk in chicken stock making sure flour doesn't get lumpy.
  6. Add in chicken and gnoochi.Reduce heat to a medium low and simmer fifteen minutes.
  7. Add spinach and stir.
  8. Then add cream cooking until cream gets heated.
  9. If soup needs thickening, make a slurry of equal parts water and flour.
  10. mix well, add to a low boiling soup.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
