Guacamole and Fresh Tomato Sandwich on Ciabatta Roll
- 4 whole Ciabatta Rolls, Split In Half Horizontally
- 1 Tablespoon Butter Or Margarine
- 4 envelopes Wholly Guacamole Snack Packs, 2 Ounce Packets
- 4 whole Vine Ripened Medium Tomatoes Of Choice
- 4 dashes Mrs Dash Original Seasoning Blend
- 1 bunch Fresh Arugula, Minus Stems
- Fresh Ciabatta rolls are the perfect start to these summer sandwiches.
- Split the rolls horizontally (sandwich style).
- Spread the bottom of each roll with a bit of butter or margarine.
- Follow by spreading one half of the Wholly Guacamole pouch on the inside of the top and bottom halves of each roll.
- Slice tomato and pile some on the bottom part of roll.
- Sprinkle with Mrs.
- Dash Original Blend to taste.
- Salt is optional to taste.
- Top the tomato pile with a handful of arugula.
- Put the top of the bun on the sandwich.
- Slice sandwich on the diagonal, and serve.
- Feel free to add sliced chicken or sandwich meat of choice.
- Roast beef may work beautifully as well.
- Serving suggestions: Serve with egg salad or other potato salad.
- Serve with grapes or other fruit.
- Serve with Yukon Gold or sweet potato fries.
- Serve with an arugula salad and balsamic vinaigrette.
