Chorizo-Broccoli Wontons
- 1 cup frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well-drained
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 (6-ounce) package chorizo or spicy sausage
- 5 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Hot Pepper Monterey Jack Cheese, chopped
- 1 Land O Lakes Egg, slightly beaten
- 32 wonton skins
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Combine all ingredients except wonton skins in bowl; mix well.
