Cheeseburgers with Bacon and Tomatoes
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 Cracker Barrel Swiss Cheese Slices
- 4 sesame seed hamburger buns, toasted
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, cut into 4 slices
- 4 red onion slices
- 8 slices bacon, cooked
- Heat barbecue to medium heat.
- Mix ground beef, barbecue sauce and garlic; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
- Grill 5 to 6 min.
- on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
- Add cheese; grill 1 min.
- or until melted.
- Spread buns with Miracle Whip; fill with lettuce, tomatoes, cheeseburgers, onions and bacon.
