Casting Aspersions

• 2 ounces white whiskey, preferably MBR Black Dog Kentucky corn
• 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 3/4 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
• 1/2 ounce honey syrup (2 teaspoons honey mixed with 1 teaspoon warm water)
• 1/2 ounce Amaro Nonino (bittersweet herbal digestif)
• Dash of Angostura bitters
• Ice
• 1 mint sprig, for garnish

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the garnish.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with the mint sprig.
