Chicken Or Meat Stew Italian Recipe

  1. In oil and butter, brown meat cubes or possibly chicken pcs, slowly, on all sides.
  2. Add in onions, garlic and all spices.
  3. Cook slowly till onion and garlic are limp and very lightly browned.
  4. Add in chicken broth and wine, a little at a time and continue to stew at low temperature till meat or possibly chicken is tender and lightly browned.
  5. Add in more broth as needed to keep moist.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh minced parsley and serve.
