Coffee and White Chocolate Frosting

• 3 Tbsp. butter, softened
• 2-1/2 cup powdered sugar, divided
• 2 Tbsp. freshly brewed MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, cooled
• 2 oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate, grated

1. Beat butter and 1 cup sugar in medium bowl with mixer on low speed until well blended.
2. Add remaining sugar alternately with coffee, beating after each addition until of spreading consistency.
3. Stir in chocolate.
